Your account

• Keep your password and recovery codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Turn on two-step sign-in when your organisation requires it.
• Tell your administrator at once if you suspect misuse.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for the enterprise architecture work you are authorised to do.
• Respect the classification labels on models and documents. Do not export restricted content without permission.
• AI output is a proposal. Review it before accepting it into the model.

Monitoring

All actions are logged in the audit trail and may be reviewed by administrators for security and governance.
